IDF: Number of Fatalities in 2019 Lowest in Army History

The number of regular and reserve-duty IDF soldiers who died in 2019 was the lowest in the military’s history, according to army statistics. A total of 27 soldiers died last year, mostly in non-combat circumstances, the IDF said on Wednesday.
