Israel will have to strike military targets in Iran after the US raised a white flag in nuclear talks with Tehran, a leading Israeli analyst says. Despite promises to negotiate a longer and stronger deal, America “conceded on everything,” veteran military commentator Yoav Limor wrote.
Israel will not be able to target Iranian nuclear sites without sparking global anger once an agreement is signed, Limor said. However, Jerusalem will aim to sabotage Iran’s military and terror assets, including missiles and drones, he wrote.
To achieve this, Israel will have to strike inside Iran, likely via Mossad operations, the analysis said. Full report on Israel Hayom
